In Q4 2023, the top Business Finance & Business Solutions apps on iOS in Romania demonstrated diverse performance in terms of downloads and active user metrics, according to Sensor Tower data.

Revolut Business saw an upward trend in downloads early in the quarter, peaking at 750 in the week of October 30. However, this was followed by a gradual decline, ending the quarter with 312 downloads in the final week of December. Weekly active users increased steadily from 2.8K at the start of the quarter to a peak of 3.4K in early November, before slightly declining to 3.1K by the end of December.

PayPal Business experienced a more stable performance. Downloads showed a moderate increase, reaching a high of 259 in the week of November 13, and ended the quarter with 205 downloads. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 873 and peaking at 1K in mid-December, maintaining this level through to the end of the quarter.

Square Point of Sale (POS) exhibited significant spikes in downloads, notably reaching 1.1K in the week of December 11. Active users also saw a substantial increase, peaking at 600 during the same week before leveling off to around 368 by the end of December.

Stripe Dashboard maintained a stable download rate throughout the quarter, averaging around 100 downloads per week, with minor fluctuations. Active users remained consistent as well, generally hovering around the 400 mark, with slight increases observed in certain weeks.

Lastly, Payoneer showed a consistent download trend, peaking at 78 in mid-November. Active users also remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around the 200 mark, with a minor peak of 261 users in late October.
